Doorleaf:
1.5 mm primed / painted mild steel or stainless steel surface. PVC foiled steel sheets is optional. Mineral wool core, or with ceramic fibre. Reinforcement plates for hinges, doorcloser and panic device are welded on inside of the door leaf.
Doorframe:
3 mm mild steel painted or stainless steel surface. The standard frame is welded but a frame for bolting to the structure is optional. Adjustable gasket for gas-tight or sound-reduction.
Hinges:
The hinges are welded to the surface of the doorframe and inside the door leaf. The hinges are provided with washers between the top and bottom parts to reduce friction.
